NVIDIA ha distribuito una versione dei propri driver ForceWare che introduce il supporto alle configurazioni Triple SLI. Sono disponibili due versioni per Microsoft Windows Vista dedicate ai sistemi operativi a 32 o 64 bit.

Qui di seguito riportiamo alcune note di rilascio

• BETA driver for GeForce 6, 7, and 8 series GPUs.

Il nuovo pannello di controllo implementato nei driver ForceWare Nvidia di ultima generazione molto spesso non piace e non sembra molto intuitivo. Il sito laptopvideo2go.com propone la soluzione per poter avere il vecchio pannello di controllo.

Scaricare e lanciare questi file:

NVIDIA ha presentato i nuovi driver ForceWare 163.75 WHQL certificati per le schede video GeForce FX, 6, 7 e 8 e i sistemi operativi Windows XP e Vista. I nuovi driver migliorano la compatibilità e le prestazioni della tecnologia Nvidia SLI con le applicazioni DirectX 9 e OpenGL. Tra le novità, il supporto alle GPU integrate della gamma 7000:

AMD ha reso disponibile per il download una versione aggiornata dei propri driver Catalyst 7.9, in versione sia per sistemi operativi Windows XP che Windows Vista, con i quali vengono risolti alcuni problemi legati al funzionamento di alcuni titoli recenti.

Nvidia ha rilasciato la versione beta dei driver ForceWare 163.67 per Windows Vista e XP compatibili con la serie GeForce 6,7 e 8 (la serie FX non è supportata dalle recenti release per Vista ma solo dalla versione 96.85).
